Clearaudio's entry-level Concept MC V2 establishes a new price/performance benchmark. It is specifically designed for audiophiles looking for the features and performance of a high-end cartridge, but at an excellent value price. The body is constructed from tough, ceramic-coated aluminium-magnesium alloy, and the angular body shape with front centre line makes it easy to align. It features a stiff boron rod cantilever, micro line contact stylus profile, and oxygen-free copper windings in the generator. A removable stylus guard is included.
