Shipping Policy

Orders are usually shipped within 2-3 days Monday – Friday unless otherwise stated. You will be notified by email the estimated delivery date upon receipt of your order.

Couriers

We use the following couriers to deliver our orders:

DPD Local

Royal Mail

DHL International

Despatch

If your order is being despatched via courier, we will update you with the tracking information by email (tracking details for orders using Royal Mail Special Delivery will be supplied upon request).

Some items may be despatched to you direct from the manufacturer or distributor. If this is the case, you will be notified by email and we will endeavour to provide you with tracking details and estimated delivery date.

Acceptance of orders where the delivery address is different to the cardholder's address is at our discretion. If goods arrive damaged you have the option to refuse delivery (clearly stating the goods are to be returned to sender). Please notify us of any defects or faults within a reasonable time from delivery and not more than 14 days from receipt.

Shipping Rates

U.K.

The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the combined weight and value of your products, and includes full insurance of the goods. Before the final checkout page you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be. Services based on your order being shipped to the U.K. Mainland and are calculated as follows:

Free Shipping - Orders to value over £300
DPD Local By 12pm: Orders to value over £300

Charge For Shipping - Orders to value under £300
Royal Mail Special Delivery By 1pm: Orders to value under £300 cost between £5.00 - £10.00

Orders of a value of £300 and over are sent via courier using DPD Local 'Next Day Service' (unless advised otherwise prior to despatch) and you will be sent tracking details via email on the day of despatch of goods. Standard delivery is Monday to Friday. A Saturday delivery can be arranged upon request and may be subject to a supplemental charge.

E.U.

Services based on your order being shipped to the E.U. are calculated as follows:
£25 delivery charge 'Flat Fee' via DHL by Road service (5-7 days) which provides comprehensive tracking of shipments online.
£50 delivery charge 'Flat Fee' via DHL by Air service (2-3 days) which provides comprehensive tracking of shipments online.

U.S. and Canada

Services based on your order being shipped to the U.S. and Canada are calculated as follows:
£100 delivery charge 'Flat Fee' via DHL international 'Day Definite' service per parcel.
Receiver is responsible for the payment of local Duties and Taxes.

Exceptions

Not all products are available for order into Europe, USA & Canada

Back Orders

If an item is on backorder you will be notified by email and we will ship your complete order when that item becomes available. You may request partial shipment of your order but may be charged for additional shipping and handling for the second shipment.
