The ear cups are made with a satin finished wood grain. Put them on, sit back, and enjoy your favourite sound of plucked strings, upbeat grooves or thumping beats, with stylish good looks to boot. Meze aimed for perfection in every component designed for the 99 Classics. CNC carved wood ear cups, cast zinc alloy hardware with electroplated coating, stamped manganese spring steel headband, memory foam and soft PU leather are the materials your hands and eyes will get to enjoy. No plastic here for you to see.

Besides the usual warranty everybody is offering, Meze guarantee that the 99's are endlessly serviceable if any parts should need replacing, because Meze did not build these headphones to break after just 2 years so you can go buy new ones. No glue, just nuts and bolts.

Woodgrain is as unique as fingerprints, making each pair of 99 Classics a one of a kind. Each wooden earcup of the 99 Classics is precision carved on a CNC machine and then hand finished and carefully polished. It takes about 45 days to get one perfect, just for you.

Honest Design

All parts are functional structural elements that are then styled. The soft parts that come in contact with you are memory foam covered in soft PU leather. The metal hardware is cast zinc and manganese spring steel. The ear cups have a satin finished wood grain. Internal components are made of durable ABS and silicone parts.
