About
Silver Mogwai was born out of a long-term project to create a cable to give to customers with equipment purchases that required XLR balanced cables. We wanted to develop a cable that would deliver the very best performance regardless of the investment. Our starting point was to gain maximum resolution when using active ATC speakers, and other high-end systems that thrive on detail, transparency and soundstage. We eventually found a cable with low enough resistance, inductance and capacitance that worked musically, and then ran various customer blind trials to ensure consistency in all systems with predictable, confident and cable-keeping results.

Having found the right cable, we made some small yet significant modifications by using Neutrik's black plated XLR plugs, silver contacts and silver solder. This added marginally to the performance in sensitive systems, and improved the look & feel of the final polished product. Now that we have reached our goal and have had consistently positive feedback across the board, it's time to share our cables with all audiophiles and enthusiasts who need the very best sound at sensible prices.

By combining a world-leading cable offering the lowest resistance, inductance and capacitance using Neutrik black plated connectors with silver pins and silver solder, we can increase performance, longevity and build quality beyond expensive high-end audiophile cables.

Individually handcrafted in the U.K. by a highly skilled and experienced engineer to exacting requirements, you can also use our balanced XLR cables for digital duties since they measure 110 ohms, giving you flexibility in AES/EBU configurations.

• Full manufacturer's warranty on all new purchases. Standard warranty is typically 12 months to 2 years with some goods coming with 6 years manufacturer's warranty.
